An agency
with its head
in the clouds.

On Cloud Nine is an independent creative agency founded in Paris in 2024. We're a small, sharp team of strategists, directors, designers and producers.

We help ambitious brands find their voice and tell stories worth telling — from 6-second loops to feature-length brand films.
